Why giving brings us closer together.
Our work revolves around communication. It’s all about impact, messages, and reach. But at the end of the day, what really matters are the people behind it all. Trust, empathy, and humanity – these are the values that connect us. With our clients, our partners, and within our team. As the year comes to a close, we don’t just want to look back – we also want to look ahead and remind ourselves how important it is to give something back to those in need.
One of the most touching moments this year was an in-person meeting with the an association for parents with children, fighting their cancer.
To learn about all their hard work and how much dedication they put into it truly moved us. This initiative supports families throughout their entire journey – from organisational matters, coping with financial burdens, organising events for siblings, support with accommodation so families can stay close to their loved ones during therapies and so forth. Countless hours of work, love and dedication go into supporting little patients and their families.
It didn’t take long for us to decide that we, as an agency, truly want to support this initiative. A small contribution was made by supporting their St Nicholas event at the Kinderklinik Koblenz. We as the infill team organised individual presents that were handed out during a celebration.

Beyond this initiative, we also want to keep supporting different causes with our time and expertise. They are small, local initiatives, as well as global associations such as:

- AWO (childcare facilities)

Each of these organisations contributes something unique – for people, animals, and the environment.
Every gesture, may it be donations of money, active support and commitment, as well as spreading the word about people and associations in need helps to keep these initiatives working. Social responsibility and supporting those in need is key and a value we live at infill.
