infill healthcare communication

We are a medium-sized healthcare communication agency. Our clients include international and German pharmaceutical companies and medical societies, for whom we develop communication campaigns and materials. The target audience for our activities is primarily healthcare professionals (HCPs) from a wide range of disciplines. To ensure they remain up to date with the latest research, we develop training tools such as digital learning programmes, virtual lectures and summaries of the latest research findings in video and other formats.

Our team of biologists, graphic designers, IT specialists and project managers is proud that many of our projects have been recognised by independent juries. Our working language is often English, as we communicate with HCPs around the world and attend many conferences abroad.

You can find out more about us at www.infill.com.

To ensure your application is processed quickly, please combine all application documents into a single PDF file if possible.

What should I submit?

A short cover letter, but it does not have to be a separate application letter. You can simply write an email and attach your CV, certificates, references and/or letters of recommendation. It is particularly important for us to understand why you are the right person for this position.

If you would like to make a particularly strong impression, please send us an application video. This will allow us to see how well you can deal with different media.

What does the application process look like?

  • Your application is received by infill and checked to ensure it is complete.
  • Within two days you will receive a confirmation of receipt via email. We will then decide whether we would like to get to know you better.
  • If so, you will receive an invitation to an interview. The interview will take place virtually or in person at our agency. This will give you the opportunity to meet our colleagues and see our office.
  • If the chemistry is right during the interview and you can convince us that you are the right person for the job, we will invite you to a trial period lasting several days. This will give you the opportunity to get to know the team and gain an initial insight into your new workplace.
  • The trial period will ultimately determine whether you get the job at our agency.
