Flexible working hours

We don’t believe in 9h to 17h. Within a certain framework, you can determine when you want to work. However, there may be occasions, i.e. when we are implementing congress activities or other events, that will take us abroad, when we may need your support almost around the clock.

Part-time, job sharing and other ways to create flexible working hours are possible. If you are still studying, we offer 20h contracts for trainee students or pupils. You are free to arrange your working hours so they fit in with your obligations at uni or at school.

Home-office and remote working arrangements are available for different job profiles.

And of course, parental leave and sabbaticals are also part of our mix.
