I am the office manager of infill UK and work as account manager and IT support for our clients. In all those roles, customer care is vital. Whether I am managing a project or designing a new digital strategy, it is important to me to offer specifically designed solutions. They have to fit the client’s particular requirements and deliver added value to their customers.
As the Chief Operating Officer I am infill’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of our business. In this position I ensure the functionality of our processes and by this extensive and sustainable growth of the company.
I am also the digital lead and head up a team of IT colleagues who manage and develop individual solutions for our clients. Amongst them are: digital strategy, individual app solutions, website project management as well as virtual and onsite event management.
My passion is finding innovative and effective solutions that drive our clients’ businesses.
I have always had a passion for communication and working with people. So it was only natural to make this passion my occupational focus.
I am currently working in healthcare communication and have done so for a decade. True to the motto “start small, grow big,” I have learnt the makings of advertising and marketing from scratch. Balancing the different needs of diverse teams and clients can be a challenging but also an exhilarating task. Working with multi-cultural teams is now part of my daily brief and I enjoy it very much. Just as much as managing many projects some of which have won international awards.

Hi, I am Kai Kurenbach, an IT project manager at infill.
In the past I specialized in creating eLearnings and webcasts. Today, my main focus is advising clients on their websites, implementing their changes and planning and performing live webinars. I also support my colleagues in their projects, adding my insights and honing my programming expertise at the same time. I am a good team player and like the challenge of finding a perfect solution for our clients.

A lawyer by training, I joined infill as a part-time employee. Over time, my responsibilities – and workload – have increased. From initially just wanting some extra cash as a student –- I serendipitously found a job – and a team – that fit me very well! I now work as an Account Director and Project Manager, and have collected years of experience in managing and delivering projects for my clients.
I have a fascination for projects that push the boundaries of technology, innovation, and digital media. I am a good communicator and like to be bclosely connected with my client projects. Consequently, client satisfaction is my ultimate goal.

Therefore I am at home both in English and in German. Mainly, I have been involved in an international environment participating in and also leading multi-functional, multi-national teams that sometimes – whenever they operated in an alliance – combined members from various top 15 pharmaceutical companies.
As part of the infill team, I coordinate and develop new communication and media concepts supporting two-way-communication and interactive formats.
